We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can exchange or return any purchases within 14 days of receipt.

EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

  • All items must be exchanged or returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached;
  • All items must be exchanged or returned in their original packaging in the same state in which they were delivered.
  • It is only possible to exchange the same item for a different size; we cannot exchange items for a different colour or a different item altogether 
  • Please be aware that we can only exchange the same item for a different size once
  • Merchandise must be returned in one package – we reserve the right to refuse multiple returns from one order sent at different times
  • We can only accept exchanged or returned from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to Spain must be returned from Spain. Otherwise, the exchange is unfortunately not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense)
  • Customised items cannot be returned.

HOW TO exchange AN ITEM(s)

You can request for the item to be collected free of charge at the address of your choice. Please follow these steps:

  1. Request an exchange

Complete the below form with details of the item (s) that will be returned or exchanged. Please note that items can only be exchanged for the same item in a different size.

You will receive an email notification within 24 hours (working days) with all necessary information of the package collection from your chosen address.

  1. Complete the returns/exchange form

There will be an enclosed Exchange & Returns form in the package. Complete the form by indicating which item (s) you wish to exchange and the reason.

  1. Package your item(s)

Place the item(s) you wish to exchange together with the Exchange & Returns form in the original packaging.

  1. Hand over the parcel

Hand over the appropriately packaged parcel to the courier service.

  1. Received Reimbursement

Once the return has been checked by our team, you will receive an email regarding the returned items. We will refund you as quickly as possible. Please note:

  • The refund is always credited to the payment method with which the original purchase was made. If you paid via bank transfer, please indicate the account number on the form.
  • The refund is always credited in the same currency as the original purchase
  • The refund is always credited to the purchaser’s account
  • The time it takes to receive your refund depends on the payment method or your credit card provider.
